welcome

‘The main thing is to be moved, to love, to hope, to tremble, to live”.

My facilitation is rooted in tenderness for the human body and the human spirit. I respect the traditions of Yoga and Buddhism, which I hold close to my heart as my first philosophical teachers, whilst making space for the beauty of different belief systems and modalities.

Irreverent, a little rebellious and wary of self-proclaimed spiritual mystics, I value the messy grit and realness of human existence and the importance of the individual - and shared - lived experience, and work from this body-centred space.
